Betronic ESG report 2023
Betronic works primarily with and for customers who want to make the world a little better, for example, by developing more energy-efficient and less polluting devices or by offering solutions that have a positive impact on people’s well-being. Our employees share this passion with our customers and are intrinsically motivated to do their part. Betronic feels like a warm bath with lots of humanity and hardly any turnover in the workforce.
Having the best interests of the world at heart and being responsible with what we have feels natural to Betronic. Our customers were also increasingly coming in with questions about ESG. That’s why we started working on this over a year ago. We started to better understand our own carbon footprint and took some initial steps toward policy, implementation and improvement. We also entered into a two-year partnership with UNICEF to support a good initiative in Africa focused on education and a cleaner world.
This first ESG annual report is an important milestone for Betronic that allows us to further better show what we stand for. This helps us maintain dialogue both internally and externally. on sustainable growth. In addition, it helps us maintain our focus on the reduction of our footprint to hold.
